Backyard Horizon is an Authorized Dealer for Videl USA . Your purchase is protected by a limited warranty designed to give you confidence and peace of mind. In unlikely event your product experiences a defect, Backyard Horizon can help guide you through manufacturer's warranty process.  

Coverage Overview

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only, with valid proof of purchase, and is valid at the original installation location. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

What’s Covered

Your warranty includes coverage for key components based on the following time frames:

Grill Components

  • Cast Stainless Steel Burners: Limited Lifetime
  • Fire Box: 5 Years
  • Warming Rack & Flame Tamers: 3 Years
  • Bezel, Grates, Flavor Bars, Handle & Hood: 2 Years
  • Drip Pan, Transformer, Gas Valves, Knobs & Lights: 1 Year

Additional Product Coverage Side Burners: 1 Year:

  •  Regulator, Gas Valves, knobs, SS Cover
  • 2 Years: Burner, Grates, Bezel, Fire Box

Griddles:

  • 1 Year: Regulator, Gas Valves, Knobs, SS Cover
  • 2 Years: Drip Tray, Griddle Plate, U-Burner, Bezel, Fire Box

Outdoor Refrigeration & Compact Units:

  • 1 Year: Motors, Fans, Lights

Food Warmers:

  • 2 Years: Food Pans, Lids, Covers and fuel Canister Holders

Power Burners:

  • 1 Year: Burners, Gas valve and knobs
  • 2 Years: Bezel
  • 5 Years: Grates, Stainless Steel Cover

Brasa Units:

  • 1 Year: Wheels, Casters
  • 2 Years: Bearings
  • 5 Years: Shelves, Fire Box, Full Body

Pizza Ovens:

  • 1 Year Burners, regulator, bezels, gas valves, and knobs.
  • Valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase in the U.S. or Canada.
  • Excludes commercial use, misuse, improper installation, maintenance, and unauthorized repairs.
  • Labor, shipping, and handling costs are not covered.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, weathering)
  • Rust, corrosion, or oxidation from outdoor exposure
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Commercial or rental use
  • Damage from harsh cleaning chemicals
  • Issues caused by improper fuel or gas supply
  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers

Additional Terms

  • Labor, installation, and service fees are not included
  • Customers are responsible for shipping & handling costs on warranty parts
  • Warranty coverage does not extend or reset after replacements or repairs
  • Backyard Horizon or VIDEL is not liable for incidental or consequential damages

Note: Outdoor products are built to perform in tough environments. Minor cosmetic changes over time are normal and do not affect performance.
