Return, Refund, Policy

Return, Refund Policy

The Outdoor Plus products are custom-built and made-to-order, which means strict return limitations apply.

No returns on made-to-order products
No returns on custom features (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances

Reporting Issues

All incorrect, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

Reports must include:

Order/Invoice number
Description of the issue
Photos (for damage claims)
After 48 hours:
We are not responsible for damages, errors, or missing items

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
RMA validity: 30 days from issue

Requirements:

RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package
A copy of the RMA must be included inside
Items must be securely packaged
We are not responsible for damage during return shipping
Refunds

Qualifying Refunds (Customer Error)

We understand purchasing mistakes can happen.

Must be requested within 24–48 hours of order placement

After 48 hours:

Production begins
Refunds are no longer available
Store credit may be issued at our discretion

Approval terms:

All requests are reviewed and approved at our discretion
Not all errors qualify for a refund

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only, with valid proof of purchase, and is valid at the original installation location. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, weathering)
Rust, corrosion, or oxidation from outdoor exposure
Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
Commercial or rental use
Damage from harsh cleaning chemicals
Issues caused by improper fuel or gas supply
Products with altered or removed serial numbers

Additional Terms

Labor, installation, and service fees are not included
Customers are responsible for shipping & handling costs on warranty parts
Warranty coverage does not extend or reset after replacements or repairs
VIDEL is not liable for incidental or consequential damages
