We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every VIDEL product. Your purchase is protected by a limited warranty designed to give you confidence and peace of mind.
Coverage Overview
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only, with valid proof of purchase, and is valid at the original installation location. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

- Cast Stainless Steel Burners: Limited Lifetime
- Fire Box: 5 Years
- Warming Rack & Flame Tamers: 3 Years
- Bezel, Grates, Flavor Bars, Handle & Hood: 2 Years
- Drip Pan, Transformer, Gas Valves, Knobs & Lights: 1 Year
Additional Product Coverage
- Side Burners:
- 1 Year: Regulator, Gas Valves, Knobs, SS Cover
- 2 Years: Burner, Grates, Bezel, Fire Box
- Griddles:
- 1 Year: Regulator, Gas Valves, Knobs, SS Cover
- 2 Years: Drip Tray, Griddle Plate, U-Burner, Bezel, Fire Box
- Outdoor Refrigeration & Compact Units:
- 1 Year: Motors, Fans, Lights
- Food Warmers:
- 2 Years: Food Pans, Lids, Covers and fuel Canister Holders

- 2 Years: Bezel

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, weathering)
- Rust, corrosion, or oxidation from outdoor exposure
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Commercial or rental use
- Damage from harsh cleaning chemicals
- Issues caused by improper fuel or gas supply
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers
Additional Terms
- Labor, installation, and service fees are not included
- Customers are responsible for shipping & handling costs on warranty parts
- Warranty coverage does not extend or reset after replacements or repairs
- VIDEL is not liable for incidental or consequential damages
